All payments must be completed before items will be dispatched.
Shipping
We aim to send parcels within 24 hours excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders to be shipped to mainland UK and Northern Ireland will be sent by Royal Mail 24.
Royal Mail first class delivery carries no guaranteed delivery time. Although Royal Mail report an average delivery time of 2 – 5 working days, this is in no way a guaranteed timescale.
We cannot act upon any delivery instructions left in the comments box at the checkout on the website.
Please note that Royal Mail may deliver your parcel on a Saturday.
Returns
Thanks for purchasing our products at Mr Syrups
We do not accept returns due to the consumable nature of the goods and potential contamination by the user once opened.
If our products arrived damaged, rotten, or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.
If anything is unclear or you have more questions, feel free to contact our customer support team. If there has been an error at the fault of ourselves or from a courier, please contact us and a member of our team will be happy to resolve any issues.
